“I just wanted to write and let you know how absolutely delighted I have been with the care and attention shown to my dog Tessie.
Tessie suffered a strange shortness of breath and lethargy in March, I took her along to the Bexley practice where she was seen by Alex Davies. She was dealt with so lovingly and knowledgeably by Alex that, desite the seriousness there was no panic, I felt quite calm.
Alex kept me extremely well informed of every possiblbe option and outcome, giving me all the facts and figures that I needed. It was a very scary situation, however, thankfully Tessie is now still with us. She had a massive lung operation and yet at all times I felt comforted by the fact that she was in such caring, capable hands.
